Guy “Skip” Joseph

August 19, 1960 – December 28, 2019

With great sadness his family announces the sudden passing of Guy on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at his residence in Iroquois Falls, at the age of 59.

He will be deeply missed by his mother Dorianne Joseph (nee Lapierre), his siblings Paulette (Marcel) Goulet, Suzanne (Robert) Bélanger, Ronald (Irène) Joseph, Lorraine (Bernard) Dalcourt, Carole Brunet and Marc Joseph. Guy will also be remembered by his nieces & nephews, his special friends Gilles Losier and Mario Roy and many other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Arthur Joseph.

Guy was a true sportsman, he loved deeply many sports especially golfing and being a goalie, all will remember his excellent athletic skills.

Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home, 641 DeTroyes Ave, Iroquois Falls on Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 7 pm to 9 pm and Monday, December 30, 2019 from 9:30 am to 10:30 pm. The Mass of Christian burial will be held at Sts-Martyrs-Canadiens Church on Monday December 30, 2019 at 11am. Father Luc officiating and reception to follow in parish hall. He will be laid to rest at the Abitibi Cemetery in the spring.
