March 6, 1954 – July 20, 2024
The family wishes to announce with great sorrow the peaceful passing of Amy at the age of 70 at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls on Saturday July 20th, 2024. She was surrounded by her loving family. Amy leaves to mourn her children Heather (Shawn), Timothy (Krista), Peter and her daughters-in-law Nadia and Terri. Her loving grandchildren Rowan (Chase), Addison (Ashton), Phoenix, Hunter, Maryn, Finn, Allyson, Taylor and Ryan. She also leaves behind 5 great grandchildren. Amy was predeceased by her father Jack, mother Elsie, her sisters Penny, Chrissie and Ida and her son Jamie.
She was special sister to Jackie and brother-in-law Gord, special friend to the Knowles Family and many special friends at Picadilly Palace. Everyone admired her unique sense of humour. She loved being outdoors and spending time out in her community biking.
Cremation will take place and a celebration of her life will be hosted at a later date to be determined. Memorial donations may be made to the south Centennial Manor Redevelopment Project or the MS Canada
