Mrs. Annette Denault (nee Mousseau)

November 5, 1921 – March 13, 2020

It is with great sadness that her family announces her passing on Friday March 13, 2020 at the South Centennial Manor in Iroquois Falls at the age of 98.

Annette was the wife of the late Irvin Denault and cherished friend of Jean Trepanier. She was predeceased by her son Gerald Denault, her parents Gédéon and Courana Mousseau (nee Perreault), her sisters and brothers Eleanor (Paul Roy), Alphège (Alphonsine Mousseau), Cécile (Doseithée Boucher), Amy (Egbert Porter), Freda (Norbert Grenier), Rachel (Ervin Toner), Lily (Euclide Proulx) and Thérèse (Roméo Quevillon).

She will be sadly missed by her children Diane (late Jacques Tremblay), Norm Denault (Dorian Larivière) and Gordon Denault (Aline Castonguay).

Beloved Grandmother of 7, Great-Grandmother of 6, and Great-Great-grandmother of 1.

Beloved sister of Rita (late Laurier Cournoyer) of Iroquois Falls, Dolly (Guy Denault) of St Catherines and Myrtle (Marcial Lavoie) of Iroquois Falls.

She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to acknowledge the care and compassion received from the nursing staff, kitchen staff and support staff at the South Centennial Manor and a special thanks to her friend Rachelle.

There will be celebration of life at a later date. She will be laid to rest at the Abitibi Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Iroquois Falls Access Transit or South Centennial Manor and would be greatly appreciated.
