Our Mother, Kookum and wife, Annie Gagnon (née Etherington) left us peacefully in the early morning of January 25 with family by her side.

Annie was born in Moose Factory on September 30, 1946 to the late Sinclair Etherington and Lizzie Keeash (Gull).
She will be sadly missed by her husband of 55 years, Fred Gagnon and her brother Billy Etherington. Her children Terry (Maxine), Dayton (Mary), Freda (Chris) Corrina (Chris), Brian (Kim) and pre-deceased Louis (aka Boots). Her grandchildren: Alyssa, Shawn, Kerry (Scott), Adrianne (Jared), Dylan, Daisy, Dakota, Brandon and her great grandchildren, Arwen, Siikwan, Tanner, Tucker, Ryucah, Tony, Benjamin. Predeceased by a great grandchild Bella.
Annie will be remembered by her laugh and her love for her Grandchildren. The family will be honoring her memory in a private ceremony with only the immediate family due to the uncertainty of Covid. Should family and friends wish to send flowers and their condolences, please forward them to the Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home for Saturday, January 29.
