July 16, 1961 – October 18, 2025

With great sorrow her family announce the passing of Barb surrounded by her loving family at the Lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane on Saturday October 18th, 2025 at the age of 64.

She leaves behind her mother Edith Major (nee Lowrey), her beloved spouse Ken Ritchey, her children Chantal Collette and Raymond Collette (Lauren Curnow), her grandchildren Gage Collette, Lyric Collette, River Collette and Elodie Collette. Barb was predeceased by her father Jacques Major and her brother Jacques Jr. Major. She will also be missed by many other relatives and friends.

Cremation to take place and her ashes will be laid to rest at a later date.
