Mrs. Cécile Peever (nee Lavoie)

June 22, 1940 – September 19, 2024

Cécile passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday September 19th, 2024, at the age of 84. She was the daughter of the late Charles Lavoie and late Exzona Lavoie (nee Proulx). Predeceased in 2014 by her loving husband Wilbert Peever. She will be deeply missed by her children Linda (Doug) Hull, Charlie Peever, Randy Peever and Shelley Peever, grandchildren Christopher Hull (Megan), Joshua Hull (Stacy), Benjamin (Nikki) Hull, Alysha Peever, Darrell Peever, Melissa (John) Bullen and Kayla Wemp (Kim), 12 great-grandchildren. She was the sister of Lucien (Paulie) Lavoie, late Jacques (Coleen) Lavoie, late Marcelle (late Romeo) Potvin, late Claudette (late Ron) Thomson, late René (late Rita Paradis), late Armand, late Paul (late Evelyn Prince), late Roger, late Claude and late Georges. Sister-in-law of late Muriel (late John) Alishe, late Mona (late Ed) Bruder, the late James (late Celina) Peever and the late Ivan (late Georgette) Peever,  She will also be sadly missed by many, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine funeral home, 641 deTroyes Avenue, Iroquois Falls on Tuesday September 24, 2024 from 6 to 8 pm. And on Wednesday September 25, 2024 from 9:30 to 10:30 am. The Funeral Mass will follow at 11 am at St-Anne`s Roman Catholic Church.  Cremation will follow and her ashes will be laid to rest with her husband in the Kelso Goldlands Cemetery on Thursday September 26, 2024 at 10 am
