Charlene Richard (nee Knight)

September 21, 1947 – May 10, 2026

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Charlene at the Bingham memorial Hospital on Sunday May 10th, 2026 at the age of 78. She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband Aurèle Richard, daughter Rachelle Richard, grandchildren Cartier Cox (Merissa Vellenga) and Alexandria (Jackson) Lance. She will be missed by her sister-in-law  Solange (late Fernand) Desjardins, late Claudette (Denis) Boisclair, Yvon (Ghislaine) Richard, late Luc (Chantal) Richard, Gisèle (Jean-Paul) Gagnon and Michel Richard. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family and so many dear friends. She was predeceased by her parents and  her brother.

Charlene loved spending time with family and friends. Her great sense of humour added joy to every gathering around her as she was excellent at cracking jokes and making people laugh. She lived a happy life surrounded with nature and she cared dearly for her dog baby. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Thursday May 14, 2026 at the St-Laurent Parish Hall in Ramore from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm and Friday May 15, 2026 from 10 am. The funeral mass will be held on Friday May 15, 2026 at 11 at the St-Laurent Church. A reception will follow in the church hall.
