It is with great sorrow her family announces the passing of Clarice, 98, at the Bingham memorial Hospital, Matheson on Saturday September 16th, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Jeremie (Charles) Bédard and the late Margerite Boucher. She was predeceased by her beloved husband William “Bill” Garlock and her son Gerald Garlock. She was the cherished mother of Diane (Gaston) Fortin, Irvin (Susan) Garlock, Norm Garlock and Janice (Dennis) Silk, grandmother of Kim Lauzon, Kelly (Pat) Richard, Cory (Joslin) Garlock, Dana (Olivier) Bue, Ryan Garlock (Katrina), Emily Garlock (Tim Wrighton), Ashley Silk, Carlie Silk (Brian Blackburn) and Brody (Breanne Lecomte) Silk. She will also be greatly missed by her 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also predeceased by all of her siblings Gilbert (Louisa) Bédard, Gilberte (Paul) Dupéré, Mariette Sobchuk, Anita (Jean Baptiste) Tremblay, Hélène Bédard, Noëlla Bédard, Jeanne (Rheal) Lauzon, Jeannette (Albert) Trottier, Rollande Bédard, Anna (Guy Michel) Thibault.
Her family was the joy of her life and loved them all tremendously. She will be deeply missed and always remembered.
No funeral services to be held and she will be laid to rest with her husband at the Abitibi Cemetery in Iroquois Falls
