Mrs. Denise Larivière

January 31, 1944 – October 19, 2023

Denise passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday October 19th, 2023 at the age of 79 at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls. She was the daughter of the late Théo Larivière and late Marguerite Larivière (nee Boisvert). She was also predeceased by her husband Victor Purdy, daughter Kelly Ann Souckey and brother Roger Larivière. She will be deeply missed by her son Roger (Lisa) Souckey and stepson Terry (Chantal) Purdy. She will be forever remembered by her grandchildren Zackary (Elizabeth) Souckey, Taylor Souckey (Chantale Dubé) and Tessa Souckey (Rodney Leduc), her great-grandchildren Emery and Scottie and her sisters Alice Lagacé, Dorian (Norm) Denault and Marlene Larivière, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday October 20th, 2023, at 11 am Sts-Martyrs Roman Catholic Church in Iroquois Falls followed by the interment at the Abitibi Cemetery.
