With great sorrow her family announces the passing of Elda at the Timmins & District Hospital on Saturday June 11th, 2022 at the age of 70. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerald Seguin who predeceased her in 1998. She will be deeply missed by her children Diane (Marc) Rondeau, Gerry Seguin and Will (Nancy) Seguin, grandchildren Tina (Max), Eric (Mykayla) and Kelsey, great-grandchildren Damian, Daphne and Jasmine. She was the sister of Eddy (Yvonne) Gallant, late Juliette (late Sonny) Shank, Cécile (Elie) Carrière, Marcel (Lorraine) Belliveau, and late Méderic (Hélène) Belliveau. Elda also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also predeceased by her parents Adolphe and Marguerite Belliveau.

She will be laid to rest with her husband Gerald at the Abitibi Cemetery in Iroquois Falls.
