Félicia Alice Marie Robichaud
Sunrise December 22, 1941
Sunset February 27, 2025
Our beloved Félicia passed away in the afternoon of Thursday February 27th, 2025 after a short illness. Her final moments were spent peacefully in the palliative care unit of the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls, surrounded by her loving family who cared for her until her last breath. She was 83.
Known for her beautiful personality and kindness she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. The joys of her life were, her son Marc Fortin, her daughter Lynn Hill and her spouse Réjean Lessard, her cherished grandchildren who were the apple of her eyes Félix Fortin (Erin), Kory Hill (Rebecca), Carey Hill and Bradley Hill (Danelle), great grandchildren Damon, Alivia, Indy, Kennedy, Niko and Romy. She is also survived by her Aunt Béatrice Robichaud, her nieces Carole Robichaud and Gisèle Robichaud. Watching her leave this world breaks our hearts, however we find comfort knowing she is now reunited with her son Robert Fortin who predeceased her on June 15th, 2023, her mother Yvette Robichaud (nee Chassé), her father Félix Robichaud, her brothers Richard Robichaud and Gilbert Robichaud.
Félicia was born in Val d’or, Québec on December 22, 1941. She loved her family more then everything, and her greatest joy came from spending time with her loved ones and creating a loving environment. Her homemade dishes she prepared especially her blueberry pies were legendary. The outdoors and picking up blueberries was her happy place. She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed. At Felicia’s request, she will be cremated and her ashes will be laid to rest at home in the Abitibi Cemetery with her parents and her son.
