Fernand Fortin

In loving memory of

Mr. Fernand Fortin

March 22, 1954 – April 6, 2022

After a long battle with cancer, we announce with great sadness the passing of Fern at his home in London, Ontario at the age of 68. He was born in Iroquois Falls to the late Alfred and the late Maria Fortin. He leaves behind his wife Kim Barge, step-children Jean-Paul Sauvé and Danielle Sauvé, grandchildren Talia and Emilia, sisters and brother Rum (Germaine), Céline Fortin, Terry (Bob) Berthiaume and Joanne (Leon) Laviolette, sister-in-law Françoise Fortin, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and his best friend Chico. Fern was also pre-deceased by his sister Pierrette Spence and brother Clément Fortin.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Access Transit or to the Angels of the Kitchen of Sts-Martyrs.

Après une longue bataille contre le cancer, sa famille vous annonce avec tristesse son décès survenu à sa résidence à London, Ontario, à l’âge de 68 ans. Fernand est né à Iroquois Falls et était le fils de feu Alfred et de feu Maria Fortin. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Kim Barge, ses beaux-enfants Jean-Paul Sauvé et Danielle Sauvé, ses petits-enfants Talia et Emilia, son frère et ses soeurs Rum (Germaine), Céline Fortin, Terry (Bob) Berthiaume et Joanne (Leon) Laviolette, sa belle-soeur Françoise Fortin, plusieurs neveux et nièces, autres parentés et son meilleur ami Chico. Fern est également allé rejoindre sa soeur Pierrette Spence et son frère Clément Fortin.

En sa mémoire, pour ceux et celles qui le désirent, veuillez faire des dons en faveur de Access Transit ou Les anges de la Cuisine de Sts-Martyrs.
