The family announces with sorrow her passing at the Timmins Extendicare of Timmins on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024, at the age of 86.
She will be sadly missed by her children Howard (Linda) Archibald, Russell Archibald, Debra (Dave) Lilly, Kevin (Sherry) Archibald, Nancy (late Deldin) Assance, Derek (Kim) Archibald and Gail (Dave) Francis.

Frances was the grandmother of several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

She also leaves in mourning her brother George Ross and as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Predeceased by her mother Annie Ross and her sister Nelly Robinson.

Relatives and friends are welcome to visit at Génier Gauthier funeral home, 70 Seventh Avenue South, Cochrane on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm and on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 9:30 am till 11 am.

The Funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 11am.

She will be laid to rest at the Cochrane Civic Cemetery by her mother.
