Mr. George Gauthier

 January 3, 1937 – September 14, 2025

With great sorrow his family announces the passing of George on Sunday September 14th, 2025 at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls at the age of 88. He was the son of the late Armand Gauthier and late Isola Gauthier (nee Tremblay), beloved husband of  late Reine Gauthier (nee Lauzon). He will be deeply missed by his son Mitch (Terry) Gauthier, his daughter Julie Gauthier, his grandchildren Christopher (Crystal), Nicolas, Gabriele and late Mackenzie and his great-grandchildren Liam, Finnley and Jackson. He was the brother of late Diana (late Vernon) Jessup, Carmelle (late Jean-Claude) Lauzon, Jeannine (Roger) Naud, late Hélène (Gilbert) Dupré and late Gérald (Lilliane) Gauthier, brother-in-law of Lucienne (late Marcel) Lefebvre, late Claudette (late Roger) Flageole, late Claude (Carmelle) Lauzon, late Réjean Lauzon and late Laurent (Stella) Lauzon. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Cremation will take place and no funeral services will be held. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion – Iroquois Falls Branch 70 and would be greatly appreciated.
