Gisele Marie Gauthier (nee Beauvais)

May 21, 1938 – May 16, 2020

Passed away peacefully in her daughters arms on Saturday May 16, 2020 at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls at the age of 81. She will be deeply missed by her children Robert (Bettyann) Gauthier, Marc (Suzanne) Gauthier, Luc (Tammy) Gauthier and Lynn (Ron) Gauthier, her grandchildren Jeffrey Burton, Raymond Gauthier, Cam Gauthier, Dylan Gauthier, Tiffany (Jon) Noseworthy, Lindsey Gauthier (Dan Sutch), Shawn Cavar (Alyssa Carrière) and Kirsten Rae (Jake), her great-grandchildren Lilly, Maisie, Alexia, Eva, Haylen and Landon, her siblings Pierre (Denise) Beauvais, Pauline (late Art) Deforge, Jeannine (late William) O’Connor, Claude (Claudette) Beauvais and comme ma soeur Lorraine Beauvais. She will also leave behind all her loved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her father Emmanuel Beauvais, her mother Blanche Beauvais (nee Boucher), brothers and sisters Lucienne, Cécile, Arthur, Jean-Marie, Jean-Paul, Thérèse, Jules and Estelle.

Gisele worked for many years in North Bay at the Empire Hotel in North Bay and the Capitol Tavern in Iroquois Falls. She volunteered in many organizations around town especially with Les Filles d’Isabelle, Les Anges de la Cuisine and the Iroquois Falls Family Warehouse.

Her family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the AGH staff and most caring nurses and doctors Bruno & Quevillon.

A Graveside service will be held on Thursday August 12, 2021 at 11:30 at the Immaculée-Conception Cementery in Val Gagné, all are welcome to attend the Graveside Service.
