March 9, 1945 – January 20, 2024

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of James Scott in the comfort of his home surrounded by his beloved wife Susan and loving family.

Survived by his wife Susan Scott (nee Chandler)and father of Jeffrey (Melanie) and grandson Sonny as well as stepfather of Debra Ouellette (Joseph) He was also predeceased by his mother Fernande, his father Robert as well as his brother Bobby, Roger and sister Florence he will be missed by countless nieces and nephews.  He will also be missed by brother in law Fred Chandler and Aline as well as sister in law Marilyn Perron and Armand. He was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan whether they won or lost

We would also like to thank the countless doctors and nurses from Timmins District hospital who made sure he was comfortable and to Bayshore nurses Nick and Amy for making him as comfortable as they could. He will also be missed by his friends at the office and his precious fur baby Bear

Thank you to our neighbour Al for all his help and Medigas for their medical supplies and service.

As per his request cremation has taken place no funeral or visitation but a private graveside service will be held in the spring.
