We sadly announce the passing of Kelley at the age of 63 at his home in Iroquois Falls on February 27th, 2024. Kelley will be deeply missed by his son Troy Turner, granddaughter Olivia Grace Turner, siblings Dean (Lise) Turner, Patti (Brian) Koski and Wendy (Ron) Roy. He will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews as well as friends. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas (Tommy) and Verna Mae Turner (nee Cotgrave) and his brother Kim (Célène) Turner.
Cremation will take place and a Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
