Leonard Suski

September 2, 1941- June 17, 2026

Leonard Suski passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026, in his 85th year, with his beloved wife, Merla, by his side.

Len is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Merla Suski; his sons, Jason Suski (Julie) and Joey Suski (Ann); his grandchildren, Jordenn Suski (Ryan), Alyssa Suski (Cody), Billy Suski (Julie), and Kai Baranyk; and his great-grandchildren, Kayden, Keagan, Ashten, Grayson, and Wren. He was also eagerly awaiting the arrival of another great-granddaughter this October.

He will be fondly remembered by his faithful dog, Fawker, and was predeceased by his beloved dog, Oscar. During his time in hospital and at Extendicare, he especially enjoyed the many visits from Stella, Joey and Ann’s dog, whose companionship brought him comfort and joy.

Len was a hardworking man who began his career in underground mining at the age of 17. Throughout his life, he was known for his dedication, perseverance, and strong work ethic. After moving to Jaguar, he fulfilled a lifelong passion by operating a hobby farm, where he cared for a variety of animals. Some of his happiest moments were spent baling hay alongside his two sons, Jason and Joey.

A true outdoorsman, Len appreciated the simple pleasures of life and found great satisfaction in hard work and time spent with family. He was known for his warm smile, generous nature, and unwavering encouragement of others as they pursued their goals.

Len will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Respecting his wishes, cremation will take place without visitation or funeral.
