C’est avec tristesse que sa famille vous annonce son décès survenu le vendredi 29 octobre 2021 à l’hôpital Lady Minto de Cochrane, à l’âge de 66 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil sa mère Alice Tremblay (née Thomas) (feu Raymond Tremblay), ses enfants Jason (Brenda) Duhaime, Kim Duhaime (Randy Desormeaux) et Pierre Duhaime (Angie Zic), ses petits-enfants Andrea, Gabrielle, Dominick, Sonya, Alice, Clara, Hailie, Gage, Tyson et Skye, ses frères et sœurs Michel (Rena) Tremblay, Claude (Doris) Tremblay, Rémi (Johanne) Tremblay, Manon Tremblay (feu Mike Connors), Alain (Carolyn) Tremblay et Nathalie Tremblay (Armand Dumoulin). Elle laisse également plusieurs neveux, nièces, autres parents et amis.

Les visites auront lieu en privé. Les funérailles auront lieu à l’église New Hope Community Church, 357 Fifth Street East, Cochrane le lundi 1er novembre 2021 à 14h. L’incinération suivra et de ses cendres seront déposées au cimetière catholique de Cochrane le mardi 2 novembre 2021.

It is with heavy hearts that Lise family announces her passing at the Lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane on Friday October 29th, 2021 at the age of 66. She will be deeply missed by her mother Alice Tremblay (nee Thomas) (late Raymond Tremblay), children Jason (Brenda) Duhaime, Kim Duhaime (Randy Desormeaux) and Pierre Duhaime (Angie Zic), grandchildren Andrea, Gabrielle, Dominick, Sonya, Alice, Clara, Hailie, Gage, Tyson and Skye, brothers, and sisters Michel (Rena) Tremblay, Claude (Doris) Tremblay, Rémi (Johanne) Tremblay, Manon Tremblay (feu Mike Connors), Alain (Carolyn) Tremblay and Nathalie Tremblay (Armand Dumoulin). She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Private visitation will be held. Funeral Service will follow at the New Hope Community Church, 357 Fifth Street East, Cochrane on Monday November 1st, 2021, at 2 pm. The cremation will follow, and her ashes will be laid to rest at the Cochrane Catholic Cemetery on Tuesday November 2nd, 2021.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be greatly appreciated.
