It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lloyd Denault announces his passing at the Villa Minto Nursing Home of Cochrane on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at the age of 84.

He will be greatly missed by his wife of 61 years, Dianne R. Denault (nee McGrath), his son Mitchell (Lynn), his grandchildren Adam (Laura), Jessica (Pat), Krystal (Mike), Nicholas, his great-grandchildren Connor, Nathan, Claire, Lily Mae, Nolan, Liam, Maeve Olivia, Madelyn and Owen.

He was the brother of late Gilles Denault, Shirley (late James) Beidermann, late Preston (Rita) Denault, late Rodney Denault, late Geravin (late Mary) Denault and late Nancy (Ken) Hopkins

He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was also predeceased by his daughter Christine, his parents Albert and Rita (nee Johnston) Denault.

The family will receive friends and family on Monday, September 15, 2025 starting at 6pm to 8pm at the Irvine & Irvine funeral home, 70 Seventh Ave. South of Cochrane.

The funeral service will be held at the Transfiguration church of Cochrane on Tuesday September 16, 2025 at 11 am.

Lloyd will be laid to rest at the Abitibi Cemetery in Iroquois Falls.
