The family announces with great sadness the passing of Lorraine at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital on Monday, March 10, 2025, at the age of 81.
She will be greatly missed by her children Estelle (Gaetan) Rocheleau, Pierre Petit and Mario (Michelle) Petit.

Beloved grandmother of Martin (Catherine), Stéphanie (Diego), Cory (Romie) and Chad (Kayline) and great-grandmother of Marilou.

Lorraine was the sister of Claudette (late Paul) Grenier, Diane (late Lucien) Petit, Jean (Ursule) Sauvé, Gérald (Brenda) Sauvé and the late Hervé (Michelyne) Sauvé.

She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.  

Predeceased by her husband Henri Desrochers and her parents Arsidas and Corinne (nee Lepage) Sauvé.

The funeral mass will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 11 am at the Ste-Gertrude church in Smooth Rock Falls.

C’est avec grande tristesse que la famille vous annonce le décès de Lorraine survenu le lundi 10 mars 2025 à l’hôpital de Smooth Rock Falls, à l’âge de 81 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Estelle (Gaetan) Rocheleau, Pierre Petit et Mario (Michelle) Petit.

Grand-maman adorée de Martin (Catherine), Stéphanie (Diego), Cory (Romie) et Chad (Kayline) et arrière-grand-maman de Marilou.

Lorraine était la sœur de Claudette (feu Paul) Grenier, Diane (feu Lucien) Petit, Jean (Ursule) Sauvé, Gérald (Brenda) Sauvé et de feu Hervé (Michelyne) Sauvé.

Elle sera manquée par plusieurs nièces, neveux, autres parentés et amis.

Lorraine est allée rejoindre son époux Henri Desrochers et ses parents Arsidas et Corinne (née Lepage) Sauvé.

La messe va être le jeudi, 17 avril 2025 à 11h à l’église Ste-Getrude de Smooth Rock Falls.
