Malitta Annie-Marie Lockrey
July 22, 1969 – November 1, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Malitta Lockrey at the Timmins and District Hospital on Friday, November 1st, 2024 at the age of 55.
She is survived by her children Nichole (Kory), Nicholas, Siobhan Lockrey, her grandchildren Hudson McIntyre Lockrey, Abigail Lockrey and her mother Katherine Barry.
She also leaves behind her brother Ted (Irene), niece Ashley Lockrey and nephew Daniel Lockrey, other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by her father Robert Lockrey, stepfather Charles Fred Hanson, her grandparents Helen & Lawrence Voisin, as well as her great-grandmother Annie Mathers.
The family would like to express our deepest gratitude to The Golden Manor and TDH for the continued care, support and compassion that the staff provided during her stay and her final days.
As per Malitta’s wishes, she will be cremated and no funeral service to be held.
