C’est avec tristesse que sa famille vous annonce son décès survenu à l’hôpital Lady Minto de Cochrane le dimanche 6 juillet 2025 à l’âge de 70 ans. Il était le fils de feu Armand et de feu Thérèse Moreau (née Deschamps). Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Monique Moreau (née Pouliot), ses enfants Eric Moreau, Yannick (Nicole) Moreau, Jason Moreau et Isabelle (Alex Bloch), ses petits-enfants Hailey, Megan, Xavier, Damien, Mason, Karson, Tayla et Ryker ainsi que sa belle-mère Geneviève Pouliot (née Pronovost). Il était le frère de Pauline (Gilles) Bruneau, Jacques (Noëlla) Moreau, Denise (Jean-Louis) Lajeunesse, Gabrielle (Laurent) Pelletier, feu Marcel Moreau, Yvon (Diane) Moreau, Louisette (Martin) Pelletier, Gaëtan (Sophie) Moreau, Solange (René) Lamothe, Jean-Guy (Nathalie) Moreau ainsi que le beau-frère de Robert Pouliot, feu Marc (Lina) Pouliot et Alain Pouliot. Il manquera également à ses neveux et nièces, autres parents et amis.

Les visites auront lieu à la Maison Funéraire Genier Gauthier, 70 Seventh Ave South Cochrane, le mardi 8 juillet 2025 de midi à 15h.

With great sadness Michel’s family announces his passing at the Lady Minto Hospital on Sunday, July 6th, 2025 at the age of 70. He was the son of the late Armand and the late Thérèse Moreau (nee Deschamps). He leaves to mourn his wife Monique Moreau (nee Pouliot), his children Eric Moreau, Yannick (Nicole) Moreau, Jason Moreau and Isabelle (Alex Bloch), his grandchildren Hailey, Megan, Xavier, Damien, Mason, Karson, Tayla and Ryker and his mother-in law Geneviève Pouliot (nee Pronovost). He was the brother of Pauline (Gilles) Bruneau, Jacques (Noëlla) Moreau, Denise (Jean-Louis) Lajeunesse, Gabrielle (Laurent) Pelletier, late Marcel Moreau, Yvon (Diane) Moreau, Louisette (Martin) Pelletier, Gaëtan (Sophie) Moreau, Solange (René) Lamothe, Jean-Guy (Nathalie) Moreau and brother in-law Robert Pouliot, late Marc (Lina) Pouliot and Alain Pouliot. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Visitations will be held at the Genier Gauthier Funeral home, 70 Seventh Ave South, Cochrane on Tuesday July 8th, 2025 from 12 pm to 3pm.
