Mr. William Patrick Eaton
December 1, 1951 – April 5, 2025
The Eaton family announces with deep sorrow the peaceful passing of Pat surrounded by his loved ones at the Timmins & District Hospital Hospice Unit on Saturday April 5th, 2025, at the age of 73.
He was predeceased by his father William Daniel Eaton (April 5, 2009), his mother Margaret Ellen (nee O’Brien) (November 18, 2004) and his brother John Robert Eaton (October 31, 2007). He leaves behind his spouse Janey Kydd, daughter Brandi (Gary) Baptiste, grandchildren Cole, Landen Baptiste and Roni Graham (Marc Bélanger), great grandchildren Brooklyn & Braxton Shale, sister-in-law Marsha Eaton, nephew Robbie Eaton, niece Connie Eaton (Will Dougherty), great nephews Christopher Eaton (Jen), Jonathan Eaton (Danielle) and Martin Chapeskie (Amber), great great nephews Jack Eaton, George Eaton and great great niece Ada Eaton. He will also be deeply missed by coffee club friends and many others.
Pat was a very caring, thoughtful, patient and community-oriented man who loved sharing his thoughts and wisdom with others. He loved and adored his family with all his heart. He cherished times spent with loved ones whether it be family dinners, time spent with friends at the ranch or in the garden on the family farm. Pat was a dedicated member of the masonic lodge for many years where he felt a great deal of pride to be a part of.
The Funeral Service will be celebrated Saturday June 28th 2025 at 10:30am at St. Marks Anglican Church. He will be laid to rest with his parents at the Abitibi Cemetery and a gathering will follow at the Lions Den in Iroquois Falls.
