Paul W. Huber

August 26, 1945 - September 6, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that his family announce his passing on September 6, 2025 at the Anson General Hospital at the age of 80.

He was the son of the late Cecile and late George Huber, spouse of the late Christianne Jolivet, step-father to Nathalie (Claude) Morrissette and Marc André Trudel and many grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Pauline (late Reni) Nyboer, late Claude (Mira) Huber, late Léo (Lise) Huber, Mark Huber, Ann (Gaétan) Desjardins, Linda (late Albert) Duff and Jacques (Patsy) Huber.

He will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews Jason, Vanessa (Scott), Veronique (Aaron), Neil (Nora) (Sarah), Nicolas (Emilie), Emilie, Kim (Ruairi), George (Jane), Renée (Claude), Estelle (Glenn), Justin, Christopher, Mitchell (Ashleigh) and Lisa.

The Huber family wishes to thank Yvon Bernier his long-time friend for his valued friendship and everything you have done for Paul, you are truly a great friend. Thank you also to Dr. Bruno, Dr. Chiang and the nursing staff as well as the house keepers, laundry and kitchen staff for the excellent care provided to Paul.

Family & Friends are welcome for a gathering at the Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home on Tuesday September 9, 2025 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and a réception will follow. He will be buried with his father at the Abitibi Cemetery in Iroquois Falls.

If desired, donations may be made to Anson General Hospital-Hospice room or to the Auxiliary to Anson General Hospital.
