Mr. Peter Sr. Jones

March 4, 1935 – September 13, 2025

His family announces with great sorrow the passing of Peter Sr. on Saturday September 13th, 2025 at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls, at the age of 90. He was the son of the late Kenneth Jones and late Marjorie Isabelle (nee Little). He is now also reunited with his wife Sheila Elizabeth Anne Jones (nee Stewart) who predeceased him on November 22nd, 2024, daughter Laurie Jones, brothers K.C. Jones and Derek Jones. He will be deeply missed by his sons Peter (Lynn) Jones, Jeff (Cathy) Jones, daughter Kendall (late Jim) Berlinghoff, grandchildren Kristine (Bryan) Hope, Jason (Kelly) Jones, James (Amy) Berlinghoff, Kelsey (Ryan) Frappier, Cory Jones, Rebecca Jones and Brennan (Yaying Zhang) Jones, he also leaves behind many great grandchildren and m  any other relatives and friends.

As per his request there will be no funeral services held, cremation will take place, and his ashes will be laid to rest at the Abitibi Cemetery Columbarium in Iroquois Falls
