  Ray Sidney Smith

July 22, 1938 – May 3, 2025

Ray passed away surrounded by his loving family at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls on Saturday May 3rd, 2025 at the age of 86. He was the son of the late Herbert R. Smith and late Sara Smith (nee Cutting).
He will be deeply missed his spouse of over 61 years Marie Smith (nee Langdon), children Denise (Brian) Preston, Donna (Terry) Smith and Doug (Sharlene) Smith, grandchildren Samantha (Adam), Dan, David (Olivia), Max (Julie), Sam (Misty), Harry (Courtney), Samantha (Dillon) and Rebecca (Zach), great grandchildren Bently and Karter. He was the brother of late Olive (late Roy), late Mae (late Delmare), late Archie (Vi), Bruce (late Marion) and Chris (Alex). He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

There will be a Celebration of his life held in the summer at his home and his ashes will be laid to rest in the family plot at the Monteith Cemetery.
