Mr. Richard Perreault

November 10, 1947 – June 9, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Rick surrounded by his loved ones at the Lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane, Ontario.

Il était le fils de feu Georges Perreault et feu Antoinette Delorme. Il laisse dans le deuil sa tendre épouse Rita, ses enfants Roxanne, Rock (Tracy), petits-enfants Devin, Aviana (Noah) et son arrière-petite-fille Emery Currie. Il était le frère de feu Lorraine (Jeannot), feu Guy (Roberte), feu Claude (feu Sue), Mike (Marlene), Claire (Gerry), Daniel (Lucie) et Paul. Il laisse également dans le deuil plusieurs autres membres des familles Perreault et Huneault, ses neveux et nièces et plusieurs amis.

Rick was an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter. He loved his sports, his Blue Jays and Montreal Canadians. Rick was born in Sturgeon Falls and settled in Cochrane in 1989 as the owner of the IGA Food store later known as Loeb IGA. He was involved with the Richelieu Club, truck drag, Sportsman Show… to name a few. Rick was recognized as volunteer of the year for the Community Spirit Award. He was always ready to help someone.

The cremation will take place, and a celebration of his life will be held later.
