Mrs. Rita Rudyk (nee Perron)

August 26, 1933 – May 28, 2025

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane on Thursday May 28th , 2025 at the age of 91. She is now reunited with her son Brian Rudyk (2010) and her beloved husband David Rudyk (2016). She will be deeply missed by her cherished daughters Lynn Rudyk-Génier (Flo) and Cheryl (Robert) Owens, her adored grandchildren Steven (Brigitte), Jason (Crystal) and Angie (Ben), her great-grandchildren Darien, Maegan, Makayla, Jemma and Jaden Girard. She was the daughter of late Victor Perron and late Yvonne Perron (nee Gauthier), sister of late Marielle (late Armand) Dubien, late Adrien (late Henriette) Perron, late Rheal (late Pauline) Perron, late Paul (late Jackie)Perron, late Leo (Beatrice) Perron, Lorenzo (Pauline) Perron, late Lucille(late Edgar) Girard, late Reina (André) Thomas, Fernand (Huguette)Perron, Doreen (late Jean-Guy) Carriere, sister-in-law of late Harold, late William, late James Paul, late Margaret Best. late Molly Spalding, late Grace Spalding and late Frances Labelle. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home, 70 Seventh Avenue South, Cochrane on Thursday June 5th , 2025 from 10 am to 11:30 am and the Funeral Mass of Christian's burial will follow at the Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church in Cochrane at 12 noon. Rita will be laid to rest with her son and her husband at the Cochrane Catholic Cemetery following the mass.
