Robert William Rhodes

February 22, 1921 – August 30, 2020

With deep sadness his family announces the passing of Bob surrounded by his loved ones at the Bingham Memorial Hospital in Matheson, on Sunday, August 30th, 2020 at the age of 99. He was the son of late James A. and late Minnie E. Rhodes (nee Biglow)

He leaves behind his beloved wife Winnifred Rhodes (nee Kerr). He was the father of late David (Dorothy) Rhodes, Karen (Roger) Doré and late Richard (Penny) Rhodes, grandfather of Sonja (Shawn), Kyla (Brad), Paul (Samantha), Roger Jr (Melissa), Paul, Kara, Haley (Lee), Amanda (Stewart) and Brennen (Mel), great-grandfather and great great-grandfather of many. He was the brother of Aletha Stover, Lionel Rhodes, Rodney Rhodes and Muriel Garrison. He will also be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, special friends Carol & Dave Haley and many other friends.

The visitations will be held at the Evangel Tabernacle Pentecostal Church, 473 Poplar Road in Matheson on Wednesday September 2nd, 2020 from 1 pm followed by the Funeral Service at 3 pm. Robert will be laid to rest at the Lakeside Cemetery following the service.
