With great sadness his family announces the passing of Russell at the Lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane on his birthday, Friday July 7, 2023 at the age of 82. He will be deeply missed by his children Larry (Debbie) Groulx, Mark Groulx, Laila (Ted) White and his grandchildren Alyssa (Kyle), Jarid, Alexandra, Zachary and great-grand children Adelina and Max.

Russell was the brother of Emile (Rejeanne), Jane (late Helmut), Denise (late Vince) and Jeannine (Ray). He will be also missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Gabriel and Marie-Ange (nee Ouellette) and his siblings Carol, Bob and Real.

As per Russell’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral.
