Sheryl Hardy (nee Marmen)
January 29, 1954 – April 8, 2021
With heavy hearts Sheryl’s family announces her passing surrounded by loved ones at the St-Michael’s Hospital in Toronto at the age of 67. She was the daughter of the late Norman Marmen and late Dolores Marmen (nee Romain). She will be deeply missed by her loving husband Denis Hardy, daughters Lee Hardy and Melanie Hardy, grandsons Gage Hardy, Riley Aumont, Reese DesRoches and Pierson Aumont, mother-in-law Iola (late George) Hardy. She was the sister of late Gilbert Marmen, Guilles (Paulette) Marmen and Gayle (Mike Doiron) Theriault, sister-in-law of Brenda, Gerry, Steve, Gordon, Helen, late Tim, late Brian, late Gilbert, late Janice and late Tammy. Sheryl also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitations by appointment only will be held on Friday April 16th, 2021 from 10 am to 2:00 pm followed by the outdoor funeral service by appointment only at the Porquis Rink at 3 pm.

As a gesture of respect to Sheryl, we invite people to join the funeral procession leaving the funeral home at 2:30 pm on Friday April 16th, 2021 for her final farewell to the Porquis Rink. From deTroyes Avenue we will be going up Main Street and left on Ambridge to Porquis.
However everyone must remain in their car at all time. No gathering on the street is permitted. If you prefer to stand along the procession route to send your respects and your affection to her family as we drive by.

The maximum of people allowed at the same time in Irvine & Irvine funeral home is 15% of its full capacity at one time, appointment must be made in advance,;
The maximum of people allowed outside at the Porquis Rink is 50 people;
Screening will be performed for people entering the funeral home and attending the funeral service;
The wearing of a mask by everyone in the funeral home and at the Porquis Rink during visitations and funeral is mandatory;
No memorial donations nor Mass will be accepted in person at the funeral home;
No food nor beverage services will be provided;
Washrooms will not be accessible;
Everyone must follow proper health and safety advice, including physical distancing of two metres from people who are not from the same household or their established
