Mr. Terrence Ronald Johnston (TJ)

April 28, 1947 – December 1, 2020

With great sorrow his family announces his passing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at the age of 73 at the Lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane.

He will be deeply missed by his beloved spouse Edna Edwards, his father Ray Johnston (late Vivian nee Hurlbert), his children Waylon Johnston (Kelly), Kimberly Johnston, Rodney Johnston (Amy) and Joanne Johnston (Luc). He was the grandfather of Samantha, Zack, late Tia, Lilli-Ann, late Austin, Liam, Landyn, Aiden, Alaina, Jordan, Justine, Ashleigh and Mariah and step-dad of Ethel (Clement) Gustafsor, Pat (Sylvia) Edwards, Chris (Charlene) Edwards, late Elijah (Rose) Nackogee and 14 step-grandchildren. He was the brother of Dale Johnston (Linda), Glen Johnston (Lucille), Bernie Johnston (Laura), Kevin Johnston, Karen Attoe (Steve), Darlene Millar (Russ), Heather Johnston (Jim), Sheila Johnston and late Ricki Johnston. He was the son in-law of the late Alice (late Emile) Edwards and the brother-in-law of Joe Edwards (Marlene), Margaret Martin (Ernie), Deedee Orville, Xavier Edwards, Pat Edwards and Louise Wesley. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine Funeral home, 149 Third Street West, Cochrane on Friday December 4, 2020 from 1pm to 3pm. ***Covid-19 restrictions in place. ***

No memorial donations nor Mass will be accepted in person at the funeral home;

No food nor beverage services will be provided;
