With heavy hearts the Edwards family announces the sudden and unexpected passing of Waylon at the age of 42 on Tuesday October 6th, 2020 in Timmins, Ontario. He leaves behind his mother Louise Edwards, father Angus Wesley, children Waylon Jr, Gwen, Isaiah, Novallynn, Kelso, Kaylon and Jesiah, brothers Thomas, Bernard, Joshua and Angus Jr. He will also be greatly missed by many other relatives and many friends. He was predeceased by his son Gordie and grandparents Alice and Emile Edwards.

Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home, 149 third Street West, Cochrane on Wednesday October 14th, 2020; for immediate family only between 10 and 11:30 am, then aunts, uncles, cousins and friends after 12 noon. The interment will follow at 1 pm at the Cochrane Civic Cemetery on Golf Course Road. Everyone must follow Covid-19 restriction in place.

The maximum of people allowed at the same time in Irvine & Irvine funeral home is 30% of it's full capacity at one time, rotation may take place;

The wearing of a mask by everyone in the funeral home during visitations is mandatory;

No memorial donations nor Mass will be accepted in person at the funeral home;

No food nor beverage services will be provided;

Washrooms will not be accessible;

Everyone must follow proper health and safety advice, including physical distancing of two meters from people who are not from the same household or their established 10-person social circle;
